Academic Eligibility

·         Candidates should have graduated in the year 2011 with a consistent academic performance.

·         Eligible qualifications:  1. MCA, 2. BE/BTech in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics and 3. MSc in Computer Science / Information Technology.

·         The qualifying course should have been in the regular stream of a reputed university.

·         No gap of more than a year between courses.

 

Other Conditions

·         Candidates should be willing to travel to our client offices in the Western Europe.

·         Candidates should be willing to learn additional technical / lingual / soft skills as may be specified.

·         We operate in a special domain and cannot afford immature attrition. Candidates willing to put in at least 4 years of regular service alone are welcome. (No bond; but an honest commitment required.)

·         Candidates should bring their recent passport size photograph (3 numbers), the originals and the photocopies of the mark sheets, certificates and passport (or receipt of passport application) and a bio-data.

·         Selected candidates should be willing to join us within 3 weeks from the selection date.

 

Compensation

·         Selected candidates will be put through an initial apprentice of 3 months and will be confirmed only after successful completion of the training.

·         During the training period, candidates will be offered a stipend.

·         We offer excellent compensation package for successful candidates; it will be at a premium to the industry standard and will not be a constraint for the right candidate.

 

Selection Process

·         Candidates are requested to walk-in to the Park Centre, Technopark, Trivandrum between 9 am and 3pm on 30th July, 2011.

·         Selection process include a screening test, an aptitude test and an interview.

·         Selected candidates will join the software development team and the initial responsibilities will include design and development of software components using Microsoft technologies.
