For one of our client, a Leading Voice & Data Solution Firm, we are seeking a Technical Lead for their Quality Team in Bangalore.

Role – Technical Lead for the Quality Team
Location- Bangalore
Minimum Exp Req- 5 + Yrs

Responsibilities:

•      Lead a team for handling the Technical Support to clients

•      End to end Client Delivery – From Requirement Understanding to solution proposal and deliverance

•      Guiding the team members on complicated/critical issues to help resolve them quickly

•      Doing the 2^nd level analysis and debugging of problem and providing work around

•      Representing the Support team during various meetings

•      Building and training team

Key skills required

•      Experience in Scripting Language, Perl

•      Experience of SS7 protocols like MAP, ISUP, CAMEL, TCAP, SCCP etc

•      Experience in GTP(GPRS Tunneling Protocol)

•      Experience in GSM / GPRS / LTE technology

•      Knowledge and experience in Oracle
