1) Position: Technical Architect
Java /J2EE Professionals with 7-9 years of Software Industry Experience with a Software development background.
Technology : Java/J2EE technologies
Certifications: PMP/Formal Project Management Training/certifications
Experience:
l 7-9 years relevant work experience.
l Hands-on experience in Core Java/JEE skills like JSP, Servlets, JDBC, Struts, Hibernate XML,Spring, Webservices . Hands-on any of these application servers – JBoss, Apache Tomcat . Hands on Javascript frameworks like AJAX, Jquery, MooTools etc
l 3+ years of hands on java/j2ee Development following end- end SDLC Life Cycle right from Design unto Go Live.
l 3 to 5 years in technical solution design and development leadership roles. Designed & implemented minimum 4 enterprise grade web applications . Demonstrated hands on ability in architecture, design and development of scalable, complex Java / JEE software applications
l Demostrated Experience on evaluating products/tools for specific requirements for integration with existing system.
l Should have experience on Conducting trainings/sessions for teams on Upcoming Technologies and application of the same.
l Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting Issues on Applications with quick and long term solutions.
l Demonstrated abilities using Profiling tools and guide teams through effective Application Performance for both Client side and Server Side Programming.
l Demonstrated capabilities of designing and building tools and reusable frameworks to ensure minimal development time and modularization

2) Position: Java Senior Developer
*** Java /J2EE Professionals with 8-11 years of Software Industry Experience with a Software development background and currently working as Project Managers.
*** Experience in managing multiple projects with team sizes of around 15-20 members within projects from Initiation to Closure with ability to influence customers and senior Management
Experience in Scope, Schedule, Resource and Cost, Change Control management across various projects.
*** Certifications: PMP/Formal Project Management Training/certifications
l ***8-11 years relevant work experience with atleast 5+ years of hands on experience on Java J2EE technologies.
l *** 3+ years experience using a formalized software development life cycle approach and awareness on different SDLC methodologies.
l 3+ years experience managing software projects using industry-standard project management techniques (e.g., estimating, managing project plans, risk management, managing expectations). Managing multiple projects concurrently.
l 2+ years experience in Customer Interaction , Engagement Reviews with the Customer/Senior Management showing progress of the project & steps/decisions to achieve project or business objectives.

l *** Must have knowledge of OOPS concepts, Design patterns & UML Skills for Application/module designs.
l Must exhibit experience in handling mid sized teams involved in assisting and guiding the team technically and helping them troubleshootdesign/programming issues.
l Must exhibit Experience in producing artifacts like Technical Design Document ad Requirement Analysis document reflecting Designs through UML
l *** Must exhibit experience in executing project through SDLC life cycle from Analysis, Work Estimations and Scheduling unto production Deployment
