1.            Bachelors Degree (BCOM/BA/BBM/BSC only)

2.            Basics of Computers including Operating Systems, MS Office and Internet.

3.            Good  Communication skills(Verbal/ email writing skills)

4.            Basic typing Knowledge

5.            Making outbound Calls / Handle Inbound calls

6.            Should be comfortable with working under 24 x 7 shifts.

7.            Spontaneous, highly driven and result oriented.

 

Note: Kindly do not refer people with technical skills/background as this is a non technical position.
