Type       Weekend Event   Role      Data Analyst/Consultant/Associate Consultant Location      Bangalore Experience     0-3year                   Desired Candidate Profile(Fresher's) 1.            Bachelors Degree (B.Com/BA/BBM/B.Sc only) 2.            Basics of Computers including Operating Systems, MS Office and Internet. 3.            Good  Communication skills(Verbal/ email writing skills) 4.            Basic typing Knowledge 5.            Making outbound Calls / Handle Inbound calls 6.            Should be comfortable with working under 24 x 7 shifts. 7.            Spontaneous, highly driven and result oriented. 8.           This will be direct contractual position with us for 1year       Desired Candidate Profile(1-3years) Designation: Consultant/Associate Consultant-Operations •Reading and analyzing international telecom bills •Work on MS office tools and especially on Excel, Outlook and Word. •Client interaction though mails and calls. •Tracking of reports for different regions and organizing of mailboxes •Report to the lead in the daily tasks •Status reporting on regular basis. •Working with the team and processes client invoicing, maintains billing files, monitors client payments, and follows-up on past due invoices. •Work on Special Projects / Ad hoc requests.   Note: Kindly do not refer people with technical skills/background as this is a non technical position.   Please do not refer BE/BTECH/ME/MCA/MBA profiles.       We are hiring for non voice positions as well which will not involve any kind of shifts.             Process: Please ask the candidates to walk in on Saturday ,25th June between 9:00AM-2:00PM directly if they are matching the above criterion.   Interview Location: Campus           For any clarification, contact Arpita Dey at  arpita.dey@symphonysv.com
